We send you a simple online application. Once complete, you get access to a secure document portal that shows exactly what we need to process your file.
Once we have a complete application, we build you a custom budget proposal. You get a 5–10 minute personalized video walking through all your options and everything you need to make an informed decision. Watch it with your family on your own time.
Once you've decided on the best option for you and your family, we get you fully approved at your chosen lender; one of our 50+ lending partners. You will receive the documents for signing and another video deep diving into your specific approval details.
The lender finishes reviewing all the conditions of approval. Broker complete means your file is ready to go to the lawyer's office for final signing. We work with your realtor and lawyer to ensure a smooth closing process.
Your mortgage is officially funded. Time to celebrate!
You are assigned a dedicated concierge who is there for any questions about managing your mortgage post funding. You also get complimentary access to our Ownwell platform, which tracks your rate, home value, and equity position so you are never in the dark about whether you are in the best mortgage possible.
